What is a Good GMAT Score
Well, I have the answer for this but for you – I can only answer this once I know what your profile, Priorities & Preferences.
A good GMAT score is 620+ till 760
Shruti Arora scored 620 and went to University of Alberta.
She had 3 years of work experience, as of today she has completed her MBA and secured a Job in Canada.
So is 620 is a good GMAT score- in the above case yes – it is.
Nishit with 7 years of industry experience applied to Richard IVY with a 690 GMAT on hand.
Is 690+ GMAT score is a good score – in the above case NO – it is not.
Similarly we will take one more example :-
Nikita with 5 years of good experience where she went to Japan for an On Sight assignment for an year and holds a 710 on the GMAT.

How Difficult is GMAT to crack?
For instance, you had 60 percentage in your Maths/English in 10th and 12th class, therefore your probability of scoring 700 on the GMAT decreases drastically.
GMAT is not an easy exam.
For example, you have 70 to 85 % in your 10th and 12th class, then if you can work for 4 months on your GMAT preparation – getting 700 is not difficult.
How can I score 700 on GMAT
- You should join a coaching institute for sure. Apart from Jamboree and Princeton Review there are many more players in the market who are providing personal attention and results are also good.
- Please remember – your Faculty is the key for a high GMAT score and obliviously, you hard work matters a lot.
- Online GMAT Coaching Classes – I am not a fan of these and have not met students who really appreciated such classes, but if you have no choice then I think e-GMAT is good company to join.
- Well for Jamboree and Manya Education coaching classes I would advice to take the Demo classes of Both Faculties and then only join the classes. Both of the companies spend lot of money and high a high Quality staff to ensure students meet there target score.
- The probability of getting a high GMAT score is with Coaching classes.
